EMMANUEL

by Sarah Weir

Behold to you, O Bethlehem

There will be One who will come

Though you are so small among Judah

He will come, from long ago

He will come and bring

He will come and bring to you a sign

Emmanuel, Oh Israel

God is with us, God before us

Emmanuel, Go and tell

God is with us, God is for us

Behold to you, O Israel

He will come, a Shepherd and King

He will stretch from His hand a mighty sceptre

From the gates of Zion He will lead

THE PROMISE

by Sarah Weir

Have I told you, son, what was told to us

How we came to know our God?

He was just a man with a blade in his hand

held between his dear heart and his only son

as our God looked upon His faithful one

He said, "Abram! Spare your son.

For he is the heir to a kingdom come.

Your descendants will be like the stars in the sky"

So it came to pass that the promise would last

in the steady right hand of our God

In their faith and fight to live godly and right

Our fathers did walk in the path He chose

and it lead us Egypt where Pharaoh rose

But he said, "Moses spare my sons!

For they are my people, my chosen ones

You will lead them to a Land I have made for them

and I will be their God”

So the story goes that our pharaoh chose

To be hardened, though plagues filled the skies

But our God had planned through a Spotless Lamb

To atone every household with stripes of blood

The Angel of Death saw no fault in us

And at the evening light

though tears of sadness had filled their eyes

the Angel of Death passed over us that night

my child, never forget our God

our God

Song of Deliverance

by Stephanie Weir Andrews

The Lord is my strength, my song

for He has become my salvation

He is my God and I will praise Him

God of our Fathers, exalted

Your right hand, Oh Lord, in power

has shattered the darkest of enemies

Surging waters stood still as walls

As we walked in victory

The Lord is a warrior, Yahweh His name

Chariots and armies will fall

The Lord is His name

Nations will fall to His side

to Yahweh, be lifted High

Enemies came and pursued

drawing their swords, ready for battle

but with one breath, You covered the sea

and conquered our enemy

Sing to the Lord, Highly exalted

The horse and rider, He has thrown into the sea

Sing to the Lord, Highly exalted

The bonds He breaks, they are thrown into the deep

Sing to the Lord, highly exalted

The chains and fetters He has thrown into the sea

Sing to the Lord, Highly exalted

A slave no more, we are free, we are free

Shepherd Song

by Stephanie Weir Andrews

Lord You are my shepherd

I shall not want anything

You make me lie down in green pastures

And by the still water streams

You restore my soul till I’m Your’s forevermore

You lead me to righteousness  for Your Name’s sake

And yea, though I walk through the valley

I will fear no death, I will fear no evil

For You have promised You’ll go with me

And comfort me with Your peace

And in the presence of enemies a table sits before me

You bring forth Your oil and anoint my head

And my cup overflows

And my cup overflows

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all my days

And I will dwell in Your house, forever

Forever bringing You praise

Hold On

by Sarah Weir

Hold on tight, Don’t be afraid

Though the sun may seem like it’s

going down

Be strong, and know Who’s you are

Though arrows fall, He covers me

He covers me, a shield to my heart

Though thousands fall, He covers me

Hold on

Hold on

Hold on

Just To Be With You

by Sarah Weir

Who can this be?Who looks down as the dawn?

Beautiful moon, she is bright as the sun

Capture my heart with one glance of your eyes

I am your love, and my love, you are mine

Waters cannot quench this love

Nor a flood drown it out

I would give my life to hold you,

to love you, all of my days

Just to be with you, my love

Just to be with you

I would give my life, my all

Just to be with you

Who can this be? who came down as a man

Bearing the weight of the world through pierced hands

Capture our hearts, fill the darkness with light

You are the King, we have waited to find

Waters cannot quench this love

Nor a flood drown it out

I have given all to love you

For this love, I’ve given my life

He Is Here

by Sarah Weir

Lost and broken heart

Need to find somewhere to go?

Lost and weary one

Come and find your way back home

Here, oh beggar, here

Come and find this Kingdom come

Poor and widowed one

Come and know redeeming love

He has come, the Son of God

Here with us, He came to love

A lost and broken world

And I believe, I believe

He is here to save us all

Come to Him little ones

Come and claim your kingdom thrones

Child-kings and little queens

You are the inheritors

Come, you prodigal

Come and find you are a son

Come you sinner come

You are never too far gone

For He has come, the Son of God

Come Come Come and see

Hosanna Hosanna, behold our King

Come Come Come and see

Hosanna Hosanna, He is the King

Adonai

by Sarah Weir

Long ago before the dawning of our time

You were there to breathe the breath of life

Through the desert wandering children called Your name

Though their doubts prevailed, Your light displayed

Adonai, Adonai,

Adonai, Adonai We Praise Your name

Through Jerusalem, You rode the streets that day

Bringing to all men salvation’s way

Like a Lamb led to the slaughter, You were prey

Silently afflicted, You obeyed

Sing for joy, you heavens, for the Lord redeems

Shout aloud your praises, earth beneath

He is risen, all creation rise and sing

Sing of our Messiah, He is King

The Return

by Sarah Weir

[Instrumental Piece] The piece is meant to represent the time period after the death of Messiah, spanning the years throughout the ancient church with the awakening of the Gentiles and into today, a period of waiting for the Messiah to return. We wait in anticipation as time quickens towards His return, but we live in the victory and remembrance of His resurrection and promises.

In the ethereal musical motifs of the piece as it transforms, it alludes to the signs and wonders that point towards His nearing return.

The nations wait in anxious anticipation of his victorious Return and the future Millennial reign.

Reign

by Sarah Weir

Eternal flame

Call us by name

Come to our aid in fire and rain

Humbled by you we bow

All of the earth resounds

You are our God, You are our King

For unto us, You’ve come

For unto us, a Son

and Your name will reign forevermore

You are the Mighty One

You are our Saving love

And Your name will reign always

Spirit of grace,

Pour out in haste

Upon the house of David You reign

Fill up our hearts with fire,

You are our one desire

And we proclaim Your name in praise

Chorus 2:

For unto us, You’ve come

For unto us, a Son

And Your name will reign forevermore

Nations will all bow down

Kingdoms will lay their crowns

And Your name will reign always

I Know You're Here

by Sarah Weir

You told the story of your love across the ages

The scribes adored your every word

You threaded lives throughout the fabric of these pages

Together, they, Your sermon told

Could they really know

How far you'd go

I know You're here

I see you in the blazing fire

Hear what You desire

I know You're near

I see you in the hidden places

Whispered words are my oasis now

You spoke a word into our mortal time and language

In humbleness you gave it all

You knew our hearts would wander far beyond our saving

You knew the cost to bring us home

Open up the sky, open up the heavens

Let your beauty fire fall

Open up the seals of the end of ages

Your word is written there in stone

Our ears will hear

Our hearts draw near

I know You're here

I see you in the blazing fire

Hear what You desire

I know You're near

I see you in the hidden places

Help me hear You in the whisper now

I know You’re here
